Permit
The first step. Most but not all deck work will require a building permit. We would be happy to advise on your paticular situation.
Demo
First day on the job, and who dosen’t like a bit of demo. Old decks are deconstructed in the opposite sequence to which they were built. It is important to take care when removing old ledger boards so as to not damage the existing structure.
Build
Now the project begins. With approved design in hand, now we start the construction process. This is when all the planning comes together and your new deck begins to come to life.
